He is incredibly vindictive against the magic council after what they did to him as a child and will take any oppurtniutie to crush them with his powerful guild. He has invented several devices that, when unleashed upon the world can pose as a cataclysm of threats. He can devise the perfect strategy to any situation in a matter of minutes. He is a little eccentric and is known to have strange outburst, but he is still an immensely powerful mastermind. He isnt an evil, horrible wizard, but can be a little harsh at times. Toshiro is the calm and collected master of the dark guild, Black Heart. So he relentlessly trained and tamed his abilites, and searched all over Fiore for powerful wizards and soon founded the dark guild: Black Heart. He wanted to avenge them because someone set them up but he knew that was impossible if he didn’t get stronger. Toshiro was enraged at this and tried to interven on his parents execution, but his magic wasnt strong yet, he just got caught and was sent away to not have to watch his parents being executed. They too him and his parents to the wizard coucil, his parents were given execution, and he was allowed to leave. Finally, Toshiro’s parents slipped up one day, as they were preparing to flee from yet another home, a group of wizards burst in and qickly apprehended Toshiro’s parents before they could react. Toshiro’ parents were being accused of multiple murders in the victims homes. Toshiro never grew up in the same place for too long, they would barely stay in one house for 1 week before fleein somewhere else. Toshiro’s mother was a gentle, but extremely powerful mage that helped toshiro harness his incredible power. Toshiro’s dad was an inventor and scienctist, he taught toshiro all about intelligence and cunning.
Both his parents were fugitive wanted for murder, but they were wronglyfully accused. Toshiro was born into a small little family that lived a few miles away from civilazation and outside the perimeter of the magic council. He is quite tall and eccentric, prefering to wear a long cloak and a tall striped hat. This coupled with the fact the he has special herbs that preserve the human life. Since, he is a wizard his life-span is already extended a little bit more than average. He is around 80 years old, but he looks to be around 40.
